IT-Ready in the Twin Cities
IT-Ready launched in the Twin Cities in 2012. Now the IT-Ready network reaches more than 1,000 students annually throughout the United States. On average, the program in the Twin Cities graduates 91 percent of participants and places 88 percent in new positions. And 90 percent retain their jobs over time.
Our IT-Ready program in the Twin Cities is part of the City of Minneapolis’ TechHire Initiative
which is aiming to close the workforce skills gap in the high tech economy by building a path for diverse workers to access training, support and tech jobs across the Greater Minneapolis Region.
